HOW TO INSTALL OR FLASH THIS ROM ON YOUR Sony Xperia Z2:
1. You must have unlocked your Sony XPERIA Z2 bootloader. Follow the instructions on SONY official page here to Unlock your Xperia Z2 Bootloader.
2. Flash Custom Recovery on your XPERIA Z2. Follow the instructions here on how to Flash CWM Recovery on your XPERIA Z2.
3. Download the MX custom ROM for your Sony Xperia Z2 here.
4. Move the downloaded ROM to the root of your internal/external storage. You may use the OTG for this purpose as well.
5. Reboot to recovery. Remember! It should be TWRP or CWM Recovery on your Sony Xperia Z2.
To boot to recovery, Put off the phone and turn it on again. While Putting on the phone, press and hold the Volume Up button until the LED Light changes colour.
6. Wipe Data and Wipe Cache from the recovery.
7. Tap Install from the RECOVERY.
8. Navigate to the folder wherein you have saved the Downloaded ROM and select it. Wait patiently for the flashing operation to complete and then, reboot your device.
