How to Get Free MTN 150MB
1- Text App to 131 in an SMS.2- You should receive a message confirming that you have been granted free 150MB.
3- If you wish to check the balance, send chkbal to 131
Now, Using the FREE MTN 150MB
On Android Devices:» Download SimpleServer.apk for android devices from here.
» Install it on your Android Device
Configure your Phone As Follows;
» Proxy: 127.0.0.1
» Port: 8080
» APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
» Save And Activate it as your default APN.
Now, Configure SimpleServer as follows:
» Proxy host: 10.199.212.2
» Proxy Port: 8080
» Injection Method: get
» Injection querry/url: http://nextapps.mtnonline.com
» Injection Host: nextapps.mtnonline.com
» Injection line: press your enter key 4 times
» Log level: debug
» Close the settings and click the connect button.
On successful connection of the SimpleServer, you can begin browsing the internet using any application on your android device.
To Use the 150MB on PC
» Download SimpleServer for Windows PC from here.
» Extract it to a new folder on your PC.
Now, Configure Your Modem With:
» APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net.
» Proxy: leave it empty
» Port: leave it empty
Now, Configure SimpleServer As Follows:
» Open the SimpleServer folder you extracted earlier, right-click "SimpleServer.exe" and open it as Admin.
NOTE:» Configure your Browsers to use proxy: 127.0.0.1 and Port: 8080
Make sure it remains open while you browse the internet.
NOTE:
You should use the proxy settings above for all protocols to enforce universal access to the internet.
