Althought, this ROM is still in beta, beta 5 to be specific, it has everything working fine.

1. To perform any USSD related task on this ROM, CM12.1 for Gionee P4, you may do so by using the SIM Service application found in the App Drawer.
HOW TO INSTALL OR FLASH THIS ROM ON YOUR GIONEE P4:
Because this ROM is a TWRP backup from the original source, Zunair Pavaiz, the installation process is a little bent. But, don't worry. I've got you covered. Simply follow the instructions given below to flash this ROM on your Gionee P4.
1. Flash TWRP Custom Recovery on your Gionee P4. If you don't know how, read ahead.
2. Download CM12.1 TWRP Backup for the Gionee P4 here.
3. Create folders with these paths on your SD Card:
TWRP >> BACKUPS >> P4
4. Extract the CM12.1 ROM you downloaded from above and copy it in the P4 folder you created above.
The extracted ROM name should look like this: 2015-10-28--21-28-24_cm_noir_16-userdebug_5.1.1_LMY48G_B777AA4625. Reboot to recovery. Remember! It should be TWRP Recovery on your Gionee P4.
6. Wipe Data and Wipe Cache.
7. Go to Restore option on TWRP Recovery, you will find the ROM there, select it and then, wait for the restore operation to complete.
8. Reboot the phone and enjoy CM 12.1 on your Gionee P4.
HOW TO ROOT Gionee P4:
If your Gionee P4 is not rooted yet, follow the instructions below to root it. This is because you need root access on the phone in order to successfully flash this ROM on it.
1. Download Kingroot from here and install it on your phone.
2. Turn On your Data Service or Connect to a working and active hotspot.
3. Lunch Kingroot on the phone and then, follow the instructions on Kingroot to root your Gionee P4.
HOW TO FLASH TWRP CUSTOM RECOVERY ON GIONEE P4:
1. Download TWRP Recovery.img file for your Gionee P4 from here.
2. Download MobileUncle Tools from Play Store here or use the direct link here and install it on your Gionee P4.
3. Put the TWRP Recovery.img you download from the link above to the root of your SD Card.
4. Lunch MobileUncle Tools on your phone.
5. Click Recovery Update from MobileUncle Tools.
6. Select the TWRP Recovery you downloaded from the list. Confirm it and then proceed. If it asks you to reboot to recovery, click "Yes".
