Installation

On your rooted device with a custom recovery ( TWRP 3.0.+ recommended) :



1st install - "clean install"

Make a full nandroid backup <always backup!>

Full wipe device

Install Rom

Install 7.1 Gapps (recommended Open Gapps Nano) (Should be latest)

Wipe Cache and Art / Dalvik
Reboot
Wait for 1st boot
Enjoy

If you are on Lollipop flash coolUI8 V4 through TWRP.
You must be on CoolUi MM for example V4 to do this
Download SP Flashable Version 10 of CoolUI 8
Extract it
You only need System.img and Boot.img
Now, Boot to TWRP
Install, Locate where you extracted System.img and Boot.img
Click on Install Image 
Now select System.img > select System Partition.
Now Select Boot.img > select boot partition 
Done.
Now main thing flash SuperSU-systemless zip
Reboot to System.
Q2)How to Unroot CoolUI 8??
A2)Just do a Factory Reset and now Root is gone.
Q3)How to make it Factory Software if i have TWRP and it is rooted??
A3) Factory Reset to unroot and Flash Stock Recovery and again do a Factory Reset.
