Just by following the step by step guides below, you can actually setup your Blackberry 10 series to using BIS or BES subscriptions.

1- Goto Menu <<>> Settings <<>> Network And Connections <<>> Mobile Network

2- On the page that appears next, click on APN below the page.

3- Edit the Access Point Name (APN) to the correct APN as given in the table below. E.g APN for Glo is blackberry.net

4- Once done, simply tap the "Back" button to save the settings and then; restart your Blackberry smartphone.
